Earlier in the week the local hockey world lost one of our own. Peninsula Panthers forward, Grant Gilbertson, passed away on Monday after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. You can read the story on the Panthers site HERE. On Friday night the Panthers held a ceremony prior to the contest with words from those closest to Grant. The game followed afterwards in-front of a max capacity crowd.
